Park and Ride

Parking will be at a premium in Warkworth so the organisers strongly suggest you park at the A&P Showgrounds (1km north of Warkworth) and catch the shuttle bus to town. The bus will run continuously from 8.30am to 4pm. There will be a nominal charge.


Information for Stallholders

  • Marshals will be on site from 6.30am to help guide you to your stall site.
  • ALL vehicles must be off the street or within your stall area by 8.30am.
  • NO vehicles may re-enter the street before 3pm.
  • No stalls are to encroach on the footpaths.
  • A full site is 5 metres wide by 3.5 metres deep. Half site is 2.5 metres wide by 3.5 metres deep. Your stall must remain within this area. 
  • A bare site is provided. You must bring your own tables, displays and overhead shelters and arrange for your own power. You are totally responsible for your own goods and property.

The Kowhai Festival committee has the right to amend arrangements of stall sites.
